Meet the Top Physique, Fitness, Bikini Fitness and Bodyfitness Winners of the IFBB World Fitness Championships Held in October 2014

Canada recently hosted an international assembly of fitness enthusiasts during the 2014 IFBB World Fitness Championships, which were held October 17-20 in Montreal. Over 230 athletes competed in the events, which included Women’s Fitness, Bikini Fitness, Bodyfitness and Physique; Men’s Fitness and Physique; and Mixed Pairs. The results were also tallied to determine the winners of the Team Championships by country.

While getting ready to be in the film 300: Rise of the Empire, many of the actors trained over the course of seven months. As they trained, these actor's bodies were put under a lot of muscular and metabolic stress. They never did the same workout twice.
