These six rules can be applied to your gym training, your bodybuilding efforts, at your job, with your family, for your favorite hobby or just in your everyday life.

Motivated by Rivalry

Over the past few years a rivalry has brewed between Phil Heath and Kai Greene. The Predator and The Gift go muscle to muscle in many competitions. Year after year, they've battled for the prestigious bodybuilding title of Mr. Olympia. And year after year, Phil Heath has won the title. Kai Greene has continued to get bigger and better. He doesn't give up and works harder to give it another try. Their special rivalry really came to a head during a rather intense Mr. Olympia 2014 press conference with some serious smack talk. Again, Phil Heath took home the title. Now, we just have to wait with anticipation until the Mr. Olympia 2015 competition to find out who will be the victor.

A Quick Guide to Human Growth Hormone Therapy

Understanding HGH & how to
effectively supplement your levels

A Quick Guide to Human Growth Hormone Therapy

Human growth hormone is a substance naturally produced by the human body. As children, our bodies produce plenty of human growth hormone (or HGH) in order to stimulate overall body growth, making us grow taller and stronger as we progress toward adulthood. In fact, the average 60-year-old produces only 15% of the HGH produced by an average 25-year-old. This results in faster aging and the weakening of bone and muscle tissue, as well as resulting drops in mobility, strength, agility and vitality.

Today, science has figured out ways of naturally increasing HGH levels in the form of human growth hormone therapy, which can be administered in both pill and injection forms. By undergoing a course of human growth hormone therapy, you can restore your youthful vitality and mitigate the aging process.

Note, for a list of HGH Supplements, please visit http://www.hgh.com.

The Benefits of Human Growth Hormone Therapy

In many individuals, the pituitary gland begins to produce less and less human growth hormone in middle age. Some individuals even suffer from pituitary adenoma, in which production of human growth hormone is reduced even further. In these individuals, undergoing human growth hormone therapy can produce a wide range of benefits, including the following:
  • Reductions in body fat
  • Increase in lean muscle mass and muscle density
  • Increase in bone density, reversing the effects of diseases like osteoporosis
  • Healthier hair, nails and skin
  • Increased ability to exercise
This last benefit is especially important because recent studies indicate that one of the best things older adults can do for their health is ensuring 30 minutes of exercise per day, 5 days per week. With human growth hormone therapy, you'll be more capable of jogging, cycling, strength training, playing tennis and participating in other fitness activities that may seem out of reach in your current state of health.

Human growth hormone has also been approved as an ideal treatment for individuals suffering from muscle atrophy as a result of AIDS or HIV.

Pill and Injection Forms of Human Growth Hormone Therapy

HGH therapy can be delivered through either pills or injections. While injection is the traditional method and allows for the fastest delivery, HGH injections are now illegal except when prescribed by a medical doctor. In the past, athletes and older individuals could use human growth hormone therapy injections to enhance their performance and vitality. However, possible side effects and the risks inherent with any injectable medication has turned the medical community's focus toward HGH therapy pills instead.

Although human growth hormone therapy pills work somewhat slower than injections, they are considerably safer and provide the same long-term benefits. The pills contain a specially-designed blend of amino acids, intended to stimulate your body to produce higher levels of human growth hormone. This is an excellent way of slowing the aging process and increasing your strength and vitality without creating significant risks to your health.

HGF MAX - Human Growth Hormone Releaser and Booster

HGF Max will
increase your HGH levels

HGF-MAX

Between the ages of 30 to 40, a person’s pituitary gland begins to slow down production of your human growth hormone. Because of this change, the body starts to show signs of aging such as decreased muscle mass, increased fatty deposits, sagging skin, etc... Human growth hormone helps to keep us looking and feeling young, which is why taking HGH supplements can be a highly effective way of maintaining those desired aspects of youth. In particular, the HGH supplement HGF-MAX can slow and reverse the aging process when taken regularly.

What is HGF-MAX?

HGF-MAX is a human growth hormone supplement that functions exactly like the body’s own version of HGH. However, because the pituitary gland decreases production of the human growth hormone as we age, the body begins to break down. No longer can we as easily maintain our muscle mass. Instead we gain fatty deposits, especially around the midsection, which can result in serious health issues such as heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Also, our bone density begins to deteriorate. Our skin loses its elasticity. Though these are all symptoms of diminished human growth hormone levels, HGF-MAX can act as a useful substitute for our body’s lack of natural HGH, and you can help your body return back to its youth form!

How does HGF-MAX work?

HGF-MAX functions like many other anti-aging supplements. Once introduced to the body, it immediately begins to repair and reverse the signs of aging. Because the human growth hormone is responsible for maintaining numerous bodily features such as the skeletal, muscular and dermal systems, HGF-MAX can change a person’s entire body. Muscle mass will increase, fatty deposits will shrink and the skin will regain its former suppleness. In effect, this HGH supplement can return the body to a healthier and more vital state.

What are the benefits of using HGF-MAX?

Using an HGH supplement like HGF-MAX has dual benefits. First, it can give a person a more youthful appearance by preventing both wrinkles and fatty deposits from forming. Rather than enlisting the aid of more invasive procedures like plastic surgery, you can instead take the human growth hormone HGF-MAX to regain the aesthetic appeal of youth. Second, HGH supplements such as HGF-MAX can change the body from inside out. Not only does it increase bone density, which cuts down the chances of serious injury due to a fall or other accident, but also it works to stave off those fatty deposits that prove to be dangerous to one’s health. Heart disease and type 2 diabetes are both major medical issues facing many individuals today. However, human growth hormones can be used to prevent these conditions from arising later in life.

Getting older generally holds a negative connotation. Though we cannot turn back time, that doesn’t mean we have to accept the changes that typically come with age. The human growth hormone HGF-MAX can return the vitality and health of our youth and offers several benefits. Not only can HGF-MAX save a person’s physical image, but it can also save a person’s health and life.

Benefits of HGH - Human Growth Hormone

How HGH can Slow Aging

The pituitary gland and its production of the human growth hormone are responsible for helping children physically mature during adolescence. However, HGH is just as important for adults. Among its numerous benefits, the human growth hormone helps maintain the strength of our muscular and skeletal systems. Yet once production begins to decline in our 30s and beyond, we then notice signs of aging like increased fatty deposits, weaken bones and decreased skin elasticity. However, HGH supplements can stall these unwanted effects of aging, and in many cases, even reverse them.

HGH Increases Muscle Mass

As one ages, the ability to sustain and increase muscle mass becomes a difficult task. The human growth hormone regulates muscular strength and density, so a lack of it results in a weakened bodily state. Using HGH supplementsas a part of one’s health regimen can give the body a much needed boost toward maintaining the muscular system and even increasing muscle mass.

HGH Reduces Body Fat

Upon turning 40, some people experience what is commonly called “middle-age spread.” Regardless of diet or exercise, it becomes harder and harder to keep the stomach area from storing up fatty deposits. What’s worse is that studies have found that collecting fat around one’s mid-section can result in more serious health issues such as heart disease or diabetes. Human growth hormone pills can counter this risk to one’s health. HGH supplements stave off the accumulation of fat around the stomach and vital organs, thus helping to avoid a potential heart attack or a worse health condition down the road.

HGH Strengthens Bone Density

Bones become more brittle and susceptible to breakage as one ages. Whereas a fall at 20 may cause a few bumps and bruises, the very same act could result in a broken hip at 60. However, anti-aging supplements can be used to ward off bone density deterioration. HGH pills work to maintain bone tissue, and together with a healthy diet and regular exercise, can actually increase skeletal strength.

HGH Improves Skin Appearance

Wrinkles may not be considered a life-threatening circumstance, but many people think of them as among the worst signs of aging. When the body decreases production of the human growth hormones, skin decreases in elasticity as well. It loses its tautness and begins to sag and look sallow. Yet HGH pills can reverse these highly unwanted effects of getting older. By restoring previous levels of the human growth hormone, the skin can quite literally bounce back from its former state. It will once again regain its suppleness and give off the appearance of health and vitality.

Getting older doesn’t need to be scorned. One can simply learn to age smarter with the use of HGH supplements. Human growth hormone pills can give back to a person his or her former strength and youthful appearance. No matter what signs of aging you have, HGH supplements can force back those undesirable effects of age and give anyone who uses them the ability to live a longer and more productive life.
