The training routine in the video below is designed for the front shoulders, chest and triceps. For the first part of the set, you overload the strength part of the muscle by using higher weight and lower reps. Then, toward the end of the set, use less weight with constant tension, while doing faster repetitions to drain the muscle of energy and overload that part of the muscle as well.
