Have some fun with Tony Horton and a few of his friends for a fat-blasting workout. To start out the video, Tony and his exercise companions show us how to do several important workout moves. During this workout video you’ll learn about the bottom, middle and top floors, as well as the hook, elbow, sprawl and up. Then, he mixes it up with a little yoga mix for downward dog crunches. He also shows a few of his favorite moves. After that, he’ll take you through a full-body workout using the moves you’ve just experienced and some new ones you’ll learn along the way.

Looking to get some hard core abs? Fitness Trainer Autumn Calabres takes you through some exercises to help you achieve a fit core. Beach Body Workout for Buns and Legs
Fitness Trainer Autumn Calabres shares another great beach body workout focusing on the lower body. In this video, she spotlights exercises for your glutes and legs with a fun workout that's even better when you exercise at the beach. By taking on this workout on the beach sand, it'll give you a more stimulating workout that also allows you to easily switch up the intensity level. For a lower impact workout, you can do these exercises in the wet sand. If you want a more intense workout, go into the softer sand. The beach sand also challenges your balance to strengthen your core even more. Autumn will walk you through each of the seven exercises for this beach body workout.
