One of the major keys is to enjoy yourself, and stay away from the worry and guilt. The reality is that if you stick to your usual routine except for the few holidays, you should be fine to indulge on those days. It’s okay to splurge a little here and there, if you keep working out and eating clean the rest of the time. The real secret is to stay away from all of the treats coming into the workplace.
