He doesn't give up and works harder to give it another try. Their special rivalry really came to a head during a rather intense Mr. Olympia 2014 press conference with some serious smack talk. Again, Phil Heath took home the title. Now, we just have to wait with anticipation until the Mr. Olympia 2015 competition to find out who will be the victor.

Bodyweight Training Videos & Tips

Building a Buff Body with Bodyweight Training

Bodyweight training is oftentimes overlooked and underrated. What's amazing is the body transforming results that bodyweight exercises can help you achieve. It's not like your body can distinguish between a barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell or your own bodyweight. All it really knows is how hard it needs to work to move the resistance. For example, if you're bench pressing, you use your pectorals, deltoids and triceps, but don't really work any other muscle groups, unless you make a conscious effort to do so. By performing bodyweight exercises, like one-arm push-ups, you're not only working your pecs, delts and triceps, but you're also incidentally working your lats, abs, glutes, quads and hamstrings. Another great thing about bodyweight training is that you can workout anytime wherever you are. You don't need any extra equipment and you don't even have to go to the gym.

We found a few videos that show numerous bodyweight exercises, including five of Coach Kozak's favorites, 44 of the best bodyweight exercises from Tee Major Fitness and a 30-minute bodyweight boot camp. Plus, we've added a special Pinterest board filled with bodyweight training tips, exercises and workouts.

Which Type of Lifter Squats Longest?

As we mention above, there are differences between bodybuilders, weightlifters and powerlifters. Berlin Strength in Germany thought it would be fun to find out which type of lifter would last the longest in a squat session. Keep in mind, they are speaking German, but the subtitles are in English, when you press the Closed Captioning (CC) button. Let’s see who the winner is in this friendly squat session competition: one of the two powerlifters, the weight lifter or the bodybuilder. Who do you think it will be.

The Bodybuilder Meets Powerlifter video below shows bodybuilders Harry Irorutola and Felix Valentino do a basic power lifting workout with powerlifters Thomas Faber and Romano Rengal. ANA-GH Muscle Mass Builder Will Help You Build Muscle Fast

Build Muscle Strength and Mass Fast with ANA-GH Muscle Mass Builder

Without the right methods, it can be impossible to gain muscle. Think of it this way: If you never went to the gym, would you expect your muscles to automatically get larger on their own? It is highly unlikely. You cannot build muscle or even get the results you want without putting the effort in or doing the work first. In the same respect, many people go to the gym without utilizing methods that would help them build muscle and make their effort worth it. If this sounds familiar, one thing you may be ignoring (or not know of is ANA-GH.

Helping You Gain Muscle Mass

To start gaining muscle mass, you need to use the unique formula that only ANA-GH capsules can provide. This is a replacement for HGH.com's Anadral, and it builds on the success that Anadral had in the same department. This new supplement has a slightly different formula that has been optimized so that it gives you even better results in the same time frame  It is often used to jump-start the process of bulking up. It can get your new exercise plan off on the right foot, allowing you to gain mass, weight, and strength all at the same time. These results can come with dramatic speed if you take the capsules as directed.

When you use ANA-GH, you will see that it helps you gain muscle that has a hard, toned look. Other methods may cause you to bulk up and gain weight, but you will end up looking “soft” and bloated. This is not what you want, and the results could actually cause you to give up on weightlifting because it is turning your body into something that you don't desire. The real problem is not that you are lifting incorrectly, but that you are taking the wrong supplements. You need one that is designed to create hard muscles, giving you the look that you wanted when you first hit the gym.

Gain Muscle with ANA-GH

While there are many ingredients in ANA-GH that can help you with your quest to begin gaining muscle, one of the main ones that will have an impact is an amino acid that is known as L-Leucine. It can do the following:
  • Stimulate muscle synthesis
  • Stimulate protein synthesis
  • Slow muscle degradation
  • Protect muscle tissue size
  • Promote muscular building
If you do not use ANA-GH, you will miss out on these hugely important impacts that L-Leucine can have on your workout. Your muscles will not build up as quickly, and they will be more prone to deterioration. If you really want to gain muscle mass and strength quickly, you need this amino acid to be part of your workout. You will not get it at the levels that you require through diet alone. You need to take eight of the capsules per day to see these results, and you should not take them for any less than four weeks.
